Fibresales.com.au will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, fibresales.com.au will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery fibresales.com.au will notify its customers within 5 business days.

When placing an order with fibresales.com.au, you will receive an immediate confirmation email prior to your order being processed. As stated above, delivery will be used by a thrid party courier company and we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to call you prior or during the delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, we will notify you via email.

We are happy to refund, credit or exchange products that are still in the original packaging within the first 30 days of the invoice date.

When the product does not meet the following requirements:
• Are not for the purpose you stated or the purpose the buyer made known to you;
• Don’t match your description or sample; or
• Have defects that were not obvious or that you did not bring to the buyer's attention.

We do NOT accept any product returns after 30 days of purchase.

Delivery and pacakging charges are not refundable.

*Customer is responsible for the return shipment and associated costs. Customer maintains ownership of product returned until it is received at our warehouse.
